Very deserving of my five stars, simple yet effective. Your NSFW animations always spark my interest because they have a certain fine quality to them, and this I think demonstrates that quality in SFW form, just barely. It's a beautifully painted piece, and tastefully pays tribute both technically and psychologically to one of anime's most important characters. And to be honest, it's not even one of my favorite movies/series, but Motoko is just a damn fine character. Well done!

The shading is very striking, and overall it's a great study in light and the human body. A very nice sketch with attention to detail! I would suggest thinking of a background to make it stand out even more in the final version.
